I was super lucky to be asked by the lovely people at Phase Eight to choose a few pieces from their Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
I’ve shared most of these looks and a few of these photos already over on my Instagram however I thought while I have a little more time my hands, it might be a nice to pop them all in one place on my blog….plus Phase Eight have an epic sale on & most of these pieces are now massively reduced so I’ve included links to shop too….your welcome 😉
(AD – Please note that where possible I have included affiliate links so I can earn a very small commission if you shop via these links)
I’m also wearing this Annah versatile silk-viscose blend shirt. Smart, seasonless and effortlessly dressed up or down. Again I’ve included a few pictures on the model below & this blouse is currently reduced from £89 – £62.30 and a perfect edition to any wardrobe.
I also choose this classic Lise Trench Coat, as I’d had mine for yonks and was looking a little worse for wear and I always think a good mac like this one is a perfect in between-seasons outerwear….even if we can only wear to the shops and back right now! I’m wearing a size 10 and it fits perfectly and still has a little space for a light weight spring jumper underneath if required.
The tan bag below & the leopard bag further down this post are both from the amazing Sarah Haran. Sarah’s handbags are the perfect balance of beauty & function, they organise you and can be styled for your every occasion. Again I’d recommend going to check out these amazing bags and you can get a 15% discount if you use the code ALICE15.
I’ve also again included some of the photos from Phase Eight’s website so you can see how it looks on the model and again I have included affiliate links (AD)
My sunnies are past season from Whistles but I love how they add a little retro vibe to these looks.
Here’s the classic Lise Trench Coat again, styled with a pop of red & one of my fav accessories, a beret! I have quite a few berets, they’re such a great addition to any look and I picked up this one from Primark for literally just a few pennies. My snake skin boots are by Kurt Geiger from Shoeaholics and currently reduced down to £29!!! Go Go Go!!!
I’m also wearing the Phase Eight Sarina Linen Pencil Skirt which I’ve linked for you here along with adding some more images of the skirt on model below.
Finally my last outfit choice is this totally stunning Jovie Wide Leg Jumpsuit that BC (before Corona) I had lots of plans to wear to all sorts of events over the summer, including Ascot, Henley & The Grand Prix. All of which I should have been attending as part of my other role as events manager for On Side Hospitality 🙁
As before I’ve added pictures of the Jovie Wide Leg Jumpsuit & the Raphaelle Suit Jacket again on the models below. I’m 5ft 6 and as you can see the Jumpsuit is full length on me so the model is obviously much taller!! I’m wearing a size 12 in the Jumpsuit and a 10 in the jacket but TBH I think I should have ordered a 12 in the jacket too, as the over sized look is much more on trend these days, so maybe size up if you do order.
So anyway I hope you liked the outfits I put together and the fab photography taken by my partner @the_nick_turpin when we were kindly invited to spend a day at one the lovely Day Use.com hotels near St Paul’s Cathedral, in London back in late February 2020.
Any questions please feel free to comment below, comment on or DM me via my Instagram @alice_inthe_looking_glass as I do love to hear from you all.
Lots of love & stay safe,
