4 ways to wear a Sequin pleated skirt this Christmas

So further to my last post showing you a few different ways to wear one dress, I’ve done the same for you with this gorgeous gold pleated midi skirt from Very.com At £55 it’s a little more expensive than I’d usually spend on one item however hopefully you’ll agree it’s extremely versatile, fun to wear & a great way to update the Christmas wardrobe.

The first look is a little more dressed down, using my trusty (old) denim shirt this gives this fabulous sequinned number more of a day feel & adding chunky black ankle boots (old from TKMAX) relaxes things further however you’d be totally ready to take this out fit “out out” for the evening too.

My second look is more of a party vibe, swapping into this little off the shoulder black body from New Look (old) & adding some rather glitzy gold FAITH heels (that are so old, I’ve just had to pop upstairs to check out the label as I had no memory where I bought them from) Although not the most comfortable these are always a winner to roll out for the Christmas silly season or to a wedding.

My third look brings in that pop of red that I’m sure you’re beginning to realise is one of my favourite wardrobe go to’s. Slogan T-Shirts are all over Insta at the mo and I picked this “Love More” one up recently from Urban Outfitters for £26.99 (current)

Continuing that pop of red with some red lipstick and my bargain New Look boots @ £29.99 (current) I feel the addition of a denim jacket gives this outfit more of a “Rock n Roll” vibe………hence the moody face in the pic 😉

Finally I love the juxsta position of a beautiful sequin skirt with a pair of bovver boots. These are fur lined, so super cosy & such steal from H&M for £29.99 (current) Perfect paired with a chunky nitted jumper, however I’m afraid that you will just have to take my word for this as we ran out of time whilst out on our little shoot but I can assure you I will be rocking this look one day soon, so pop over & follow me on Insta @alice_inthe_looking_glass if you don’t already.

I hope you found these style ideas helpful & if you have any looks you’d like any help putting together, please do get in touch as I’d be delighted to help.

Thanks for popping by & you can shop the looks below.
