So those that follow me on Insta will know about our new Outside Studio that my partner Nick has built in our garden. It’s totally epic and last Sunday we spent the whole day taking advantage of the amazing weather & taking 100’s of photos!!

We used a wide range of summer pieces that I’ve either been sent, borrowed or from my own wardrobe. The looks below are mainly created from a couple of my local Beckenham Boutiques, South of the River & The Red Boutique who also have a sister shop called Lanta shop in West Wickham.

As a personal stylist I like to support independent brands & shops as well as shopping on the high street & I hope these looks give you some summer inspiration & ideas of how to bring some more colour into your wardrobes.

I have popped links down below to help you shop my looks…..Please note that the Red Boutique are not online but will take orders over the phone.

Florals & pom poms just scream summer to me! Teamed with a pair of cut off Levis, gives this look a relaxed boho feel.  I read some where recently (no doubt on IG) that you’re not taking your summer wardrobe seriously unless you own a basket bag 😉

A straw boater adds a classic look to this poppy dress or altentively adding a pair of statement earrings can easily take this dress from day to evening.

The Red Boutique do a similar style dress in green which can be worn with flats or heels depending on the occasion. Some may say this is perhaps a little short for me but I say fxxk it, if you love it wear it! You’ll never be as young as you are today so just do it!

Seriously love a leopard print, I’d wear this cheeky little number to office, lunch with the family of even a night out with the girls, just changing the heels & adding a statement necklace can make this dress incredibly versatile.

I loved this off the shoulder dress, incredibly flirty with heels or dressed down with white ankle boots or trainers & a leopard belt.

This floaty white maxi is a holiday essential, worn here with a bold necklace & leopard print sandals or dressed down with a denim jacket.

More florals & clashing prints really makes this a fun option for a summer BBQ. It’s amazing how tucking in a top can really nip the waist in….or alternatively just let it all hang out as I have done here 😉

This little polka dot dress has an elasticated waist band which is handy when wanting to create a waist ……and also eat lots when out for dinner!! I’m not a fan of black alone so I added a pop of colour with the red sandals & tassel earrings and as always a slick of red lippy too! 💄

A tea dress is again incredibly flattering on most figures and just never seems to go out of fashion. It’s my signature summer look and have waaaaayyyyyyyyyy to many in my wardrobe!!!👗

Finally I’ve brought a little 80’s back here with high heeled wedges & denim cuts offs!!  Heels & shorts what do we think?? Definitely elongates my legs but i’m not 100% sure??? Or alternatively dressed down with the old white boots from earlier for a more relaxed day time look.

Well there you have it, a few classic summer looks that can easily be replicated. Let me know which looks you like most & of course which you don’t??

I’ve got a few more looks from the shoot which I’ll be posting up over the next few days so do please pop back soon
